web-vitals library injected into headless Chrome via Puppeteer, fresh browser context per run (no cache, no cookies), unthrottled network. INP is a lab measurement of the same neutral interaction on every site: three clicks on an injected, non-interactive element, so no site-specific button or consent banner is involved. Each site gets one discarded warm-up run first, and runs that fail validation (errors, non-200, missing metrics, block pages, navigation) are rejected and retried. Ratings use the 75th percentile, as Google does. These are lab numbers, not real-user field data.
